Hi, im migrating from EvolutionDSL to Nildram. The migration date has been set to the 15th May. however i have a small problem, my next billing date at EvolutionDSL is the 12th May. so what to do?

I opted for paying via standing order with EvolutionDSL so that i had control over what i payed and when. They requested that the standing order be set up to pay on the 12th. (i believe this means it leaves my account on the 12th and gets to theirs 3 working days later - can someone confirm this?) So they would get my £25 on the 17th (weekend in the way)

so should i.
a) Cough up another £25 for a utterly dire service that i wont be recieving?
b) Not pay them at all?
c) Email them and ask them to send me an invoice for the 3 days that i will be using their so called "service"?

obviously id really want to do (b) but im not sure if that would effect the migration to Nildram, and i deff dont want to be on EvolutionDSL for any longer than i need to.

Thanks in advance!

zen are a bit more of a reputable isp though. ill probably end up emailing them, but they arnt very good at replying.

I am migrating away from you to another isp on the 15th may. However my billing date with you is on the 12th may. Obviously i shouldn't have to pay the full £24.99 for the 3 days that i would be using your service.

As your service over the last month has been well below par, i would be grateful if you were to provide my internet access for the 3 days for free. However, i will except an invoice for £2.46 for the 3 days service being used.

Customer Number: EVOxxxxxxxx

Please get back to me ASAP

Regards

thinking of emailing them this.

at the moment the "My Controls" shows the expected date of the 15th, so i phoned them up and asked if they could move the date forward. they said no, as it had been ordered with BT. the 15th isnt a deff date just yet, but almost certain. ill hold off sending the email till i know for sure.

i think nildram is a good deal, even with a 50gb limit. i think id be able to stick to that limit as i only went over that before just because i could. Nildram will be far better than evolution.
