So I want NATIVE (not through "Apps") push email/calendar/contacts on my iPhone.

I currently have a Google Apps account (from when they were free) with my domain attached and do pretty much everything through Google - email, calendar, contacts, documents, pictures, music...

I am able to move my emails, calendar and contacts pretty easily. But the stuff I have on Google Drive (documents/pictures) and Google Music is a little more difficult which is why I can't just delete my account.

I take it if I change my domain name servers it doesn't actually affect on the account itself - is that correct? (Ie. I will still be able to access historic email.....the music and apps I have bought, etc...)

Google offers an "alias" feature to redirect all emails sent to other addresses on my domain to one email inbox - can I get something like this with exchange?

What account do I need to go for to attach my domain and get access to the Office web apps?

What do you mean when you say "Exchange"? Is this Outlook (ex Hotmail/msn), your own Exchange server, a exchange server hosted somewhere or Office 365 with Exchange?

Generally speaking if you move/point your domain elsewhere by updating thr MX records your previous email etc will continue to work, it'll just be on it's native domain (i.e. [email protected]).

depending on how you are doing exchange you can habve multiple mailboxes and a catch all mailbox that will pick up "[email protected]"

I don't want to have to maintain my own server. I just want an exchnage account with my own domain so I can have [email protected] email address and have my contacts and calendar stored there too.

Is this still true of a google apps account with my domain attached to it? If so, what would be the address?

That sounds like something I want.

So with all this in mind - what account should I buy and where from?
