Migrating from pipex..best ips?

Finally getting peeved with pipex so i've decided to migrate this css lag is just too much.
I'm on a 2mb line at the mo so thats what i want again can anyone recommend a good isp. i've looked at ukonline and they seem alright any opinions would be great.

i guess you mean online gaming then, is that all? or do you get connection problems

Recently in last week or two my online gaming has gone to pot , i get major lag spikes every 10 seconds

it happens on all the pc's connected to the router so it's no a pc problem.
I've borrowed someones router/modem and tried that out and the problem is still there so i'm presuming it's a provider problem hence i'm going to migrate.
