Migrating from POP3 to Exchange

I have the job of changing our machines from POP3 (Local PSTS) to Exchange.

Does anyone know the best way to do this?

Do you have a server and static public ip?

Google exmerge.

Edit: I should probably expand on that. If you have under 10-20 users then it may be easier to import the local pst to the exchange account. Bascially setup a pc with th eusers exchange account and import the PST.

Exmerge has a 2GB export limit should you ever need to use it in future, though.
