What's wrong with Zen Lite?

Out of that list I'd probably go for Aquiss or Newnet. F2S and Eclipse have slipped of late (Eclipse's customer service hasn't been great for a while and now they're shifting users onto LLU, and F2S have progressively got worse since the Pipex buyout).
Aquiss are Enta resellers though, and Enta have stitched their resellers up in the past...

WARNING: Dont go with Eclipse, I have been having nothing but problem lately. Seen as I have never had a problem previously as tolien says they seen to have gone down hill.

Im suprised Zen has not introduced a package just for your type of user. I've been with them since January and service has been great, but like most people im starting to find it hard to justify the amount they cost. Exspecialy with the likes of SKY comming into the market.
Let us know how the migration away from Zen goes as I will be proberly looking for something cheaper elsewhere before xmas.
Thats if they dont..
A - Lower there prices slightly
B - Increase there usage caps a few gig

...and that's another reason I want to leave Zen. Can you contact anyone outside of normal working hous? Nope..

Tech Support works 9-5 weekends, and you can cancel online (though obviously you won't get an answer if there's no one at the other end).

To be brutal, Zen never have been cheap (but to some extent have differentiated themselves on quality of service), and anyone expecting some cheap value deal from Zen that'll compete with free Sky/Orange/TalkTalk needs their head looking.

Surely to hold onto the customers they do have though something needs to give, even if it's just a little, like unlimited off peak downloads, which we have
been asking for but are yet to see.

I originaly moved from BTYahoo to Zen simply because there support was supposed to be 2nd to none, and thats why we are paying what we are.

However it seems to be hit and miss lately, with the quality of service you recieve depending on who answers your call, combine this with different agents contradicting each other, one saying do this the other saying don't.

Maybe there becomming a victim of there own success, but as it stands im happy with Zen, would love unlimited off peak downloads, but still no sign :(

If/when I ever do leave them it will be for purely financial reasons not because of there quality of service. They are the best ISP I have used and still reccomend them to friends/family.

They were hardly haemorrhaging customers when they were charging £45 for home2000 and other ISPs were charging <£20, so I can't see that holding.

Getting back to the point, what about IDNet, though their prices come out much the same (2GB/£17.99 30GB/£24.99, £1/1GB thereafter), or UKFSN (also an Enta reseller, though as I understand it Enta deals with more of the service than with Aquiss) - 3GB peak/30GB off peak for £16.50.

Madasafish do have the 12 month contract but if you are migrating to them and want to cancel in the first 12 months the cancellation fee is only £25 this might be cheaper than paying up front for activation with other ISP's.

Also there is a promo code of CHEAPER you can enter on signup to get the price reduced by £1 a month
