Migrating Workgroup users to Domain (XP)

I have been given the job of transferring roughly 30 users from work groups to a domain server

Just wondering is there a quicker/easier way of importing the users files/settings over than doing the following

Create user/machine domain accounts
log back in as local user and drag and drop everything required over to the domain profile.

Just ran this on a machine and it looks like its converted it perfectly!

Only took about 2 mins!

Looks like the only thing it didn't transfer was passwords but thats acceptible!
