They replaced the sign and are selling the old ones fir charity. Quite nice of him to be fair.

Good way to raise money. The "E" has gone for £720 and the "D" for £1,420. Going to look a bit odd in the front garden.

To be fair i think its quite good as its for charity. Those letters are quite iconic and i can see Newcastle fans with a few spare quid bidding on them. Its quite funning to think that a few of the Toon Army will have a "Hollywood" style letter as the main feature in the garden of their semi detached house (its even funnier to think of the guy living in the small flat who will inevitably have won one of them!)
