Mike Oldfield studio, why is there 3 identical monitors?

Here is a question for someone, in the following video Mike Oldfield is using 3 identical studio monitors, left, right and center. Does anyone know why he's running this setup?

Maybe it's a centre channel for surround sound.

There's at least 5 speakers around his desk from the view we get.
