Hello guys. Some assistance would be appreciated.

I have an AMD64 3500, cooled by an Akasa fan Competitor removed. Using it in conjunction with an X1900XT, 2GB of Geil ram and a Gigabyte board that I can't recall the model number of at the present time.
As the title of this post suggests I'm looking to achieve a little extra performace to compliment the GPU. The CPU runs nice'n'cool at present, somewhere in the mid 30's, so I think I have a little margin for overclocking.
What kind of 'safe' overclock should I aim for without changing the cooler?

Thanks for the advice.

Hello. Thank you for that. I've got a gut feeling that it is a Venice. I shall probably add 10% to the FSB and see how that goes. I'll monitor the temps and the stability.
