Military coup in Turkey?

    just saw in the telly the army have taken over the country. Not confirmed but lots of sites reporting it, greek news as well

    2016 is a mad year if thats true

    Crazy stuff. I guess the coup if successful would be good news for the west - the military in Turkey has traditionally been secular and at odds with the Islamism of Erdogan. Seems like Boris will be busy at any rate.
