It's taken me a while but finally reached a proper milestone :)

Well, most of it was done in March to May this year, that was with a Q6600 and a HD 6950.

I started up again yesterday. I will admit it's mainly because we have no heating and I need my room keeping warm! But it's all for a good cause and I like to help the team out!

Current hardware is:
i5 2500k 4.6GHz
HD 6950 2GB - 6970 shaders, OC to 1000mhz Core and 1300mhz mem :)

Just shy of 35k PPD, which I guess is about right? My old system never hit 15k! CPU is pushing 76°C so it's on the limit really, using an Antec Kuhler 620 currently.

Not bad at all :)

My gear has been incredibly inconsistent with regard to folding haha. Something like...

8800GTS + E8200
2x 8800GTS + E8200
GTX480 + 2x 8800GTS + 2500K + E8200
GTX660 + 2500K
GTX660 + 2500K + 955BE + GTX460
GTX660 + 2500K + i7 930 + GTX570
GTX670 + i7 930 + GTX570

And now just the GTX670 :p

With a mixture of 5870's, a GT470, and loads of other things thrown in at random times for not very long.

It is a very expensive method of heating! Haha. But it is quite effective. I never have the radiator on in the room where my PC is.

It wasn't that long ago that i got a million. That was using a fx6200 and a gt610. I'm using a athlon ii x2, gtx 670 and a gt610. The 670 is epic compared with the gt610 for gaming and folding.

Yeah the GTX670 is at 1200 - 1250 ish MHz and pulls between 80 and 100K on Core 17 WU's :D

I'm stuck on Core 15's for the minute though.

You need to change the GPU slot to advanced to get core 17 wu's.
In fahcontrol go to configure tab, slots tab, highlight GPU and edit. In extra slot options add; name "client-type" and value as "advanced" and name "next-unit-percentage" with value "100".

did that make sense? :)

Thanks diogenese, but i'm already running with those options active. I just seem to get some 15's through from time to time. I believe someone over in a different thread said that some older work units need doing or something along those lines. :o
