min spec for playable MSFS2024

Hi my mate has another mate with an autistic son who is obsessed with MSFS.. he bought the 2024 versions without checking system requirements .. and it wont run..

So his PC is way off minimum spec. i7 3770 16gb DDR3, RX580 GPU... aside from SSDs i assume there is no hope with salvaging anything to play MSFS2024..

the budget is likley to be the square route of **** all... would the below get a playable experience at 1080p? could save some more with a 2nd hand ryzen 3700 or similar, but at this stage i dont really want to be the middle man buying the 2nd hand parts for them if i can help it..

I think the 7700x doesn't come with a cooler so a fan is needed .
which would take it to the similar price of the amd5 7600 which includes the fan.
With board and ram less than £50 difference.

If you want to go cheaper, the 5500 and the 5600 both include fans at £80 and £120.
I wouldn't buy 2nd hand for someone else as well.

The 3050 6gb gets poor reviews on the whole. the rx6600 would be a better one.

Likewise what Power supply does it have, probably worth replacing also.
