Mince beef ideas

Got some mince beef in the freezer and was wondering if anyone has any ideas what I could do with it.

Usually I'd make a cottage pie or chilli but meh looking for something different.

Any ideas?

Tacos sound good and easy! Delicious

Burgers I've tried to make in the past and still perfecting that recipe, always go too bland or too spicy.
