Minecraft goes live 'tonight' (IOS!)

its watered down compared to the PC version, so its a port / the same as the Android version with improved HD textures for the iPad 2 supposedly.

Anyone else buying?

£4.99 is quite a price, for essentially Minecraft Alpha. And very early alpha at that. TNT does not even explode! Merely disappears.

Anyone playing this? Fancied it for so,e chill out sessions but £5 is pricey and the demo I hope doesn't do it justice.

Damn and blast!

I haven't actually got it because I don't like the controls on FPS-style games on the iPad/iPhone. But if you find the controls not an issue, grab it! It's Minecraft on the go!
