Minecraft mods/add-ons for single player?

Hello,

Quick question, but I'm after some Mods to expand the SP gameplay.

I'm looking for dungeons, crafting, new mobs, armour etc (if such things exists lol)

Both incorporate a lot of mods. Technic pack is more established and bugs are ironed out. It has several different types of mods as well so if you fancy tech you could do tech, or if you fancied magic you could do magic etc etc.

Eventually Feed the beast will be the better of the two (in my opinion) as it is supported by the Authors of the mods, but that is neither here nor there for your needs right now.

if you're after a more magical feel then the yogbox in the technic launcher is probably what you're after. for a more technical feel either use the FTB pack in the FTB launcher or the OcUK server's launcher is the way to go.

Don't go for technic/tekkit, while its gor a lot of good mods they havent got permission from a single mod author and they dont have as many mods as FTB

its definitely a better set of mods than technic/tekkit, for technical stuff, but i'm not sure what its like compared to the FTB pack
