Hey, well I've built this huge station now and it is very complex and it works perfectly but with one problem. I have a wooden and stone pressure plates down next to each other so that when the cart comes into a station you can sit in it as long as you want and it wont be boosted away untill after you get out and likewise a similar system on the going out cart where it wont boost off untill you get in.

Now the problem is that getting out of the cart causes it to twist so that it no longer sits flush with the track and consequently when the booster comes around it won't go anywhere. Now I see in videos people don't have this problem so what am I doing wrong? is it a consequence of a later patch perhaps?

Initially I thought I could just use a diod rail instead of a wooden pressure plate but then it just screws up the booster carts track as it appears any rail put next to a diod will snap onto it regardless of if it already had its own straight line path.

Cheers. I might get a video of my station up when I sort this out as it has taken a rediculas amount of effort and tones of red stone to make work.

Seriously I refuse to believe there isn't a minecraft nutjob on this forum! Failing that I will have to go over to the minecraft forums but I really don't want to sign up to yet another forum for a quick answer haha. Google sadly doesn't throw up anything due to hard keywords.

Quite an impressive mod, however personally I find the fun is in the difficulty and that just makes it easy mode. The station i've created requires 10 blocks high to fit it all in and something like 20 blocks across. that's just for a in out system with also another more primative station some distance off in my orginal base (am playing with a friend and I stole his base to build the main station :P). I need to now create a lever system so that I can send the cart out to all differnt directions from a control panel.

I truely should be revising for my uni exams :P

Certain things it does indeed make a lot easier but the additional functionality also gives you extra options so you can end up devising incredibly complex systems with it.
