Minecraft on the PS3- Any good

I used to play on my PC but now I want to try it on the big screen / sofa. But I'm worried MC will be a bit crap compared to PC? What features are missing?

I have it for PS3 and PC, and yeah it is real crap compared to PC.
The best bet would be to buy a Steam controller when they are out and hook your PC up to the tv.
