Minecraft (online Lego essentially)

weve still got the old one,,, we could flatten a large area and use it!

or! even better! flatten the whole area and make the whole map the stadium and make it to a scale where the players are like 5 blocks high!

I also noticed "poo" was written in the basement of a building (the one that stems off the water lift halfway down, under the spawn tower).
 
I've been away for awhile, well all weekend :p

What have I missed? I hear Willhub is the griefer? is that right? Bloody spawn was screwed up but not checked the map for days so guessing it's very full to the brim now?

Still think Rrnoff should host a private server and contact ppl via msn :p
 
Is Yhojo a suspect still? When he banned me and veggieman the map was fine, I'd spent all afternioon fixing it, and then when other people went on it was wrecked..
 
hey all (mainly directed at roff) me and trinsanity were wondering if the old server could be reset as its not used anymore and instead we make it a community based server so instead of individual plots we all worked together on stuff? its your server and your choice roff but make sure no one minds losing their work
 
Makes sense imo no one goes on now - I always post the final map state for people to download when I do change servers over incase anyone wants to preserve their work or carry on hosting it.

Stuff has being messed up every day and I'm not the griefer.
 
Yeah I prefer the idea of Titanic. A stadium is pretty much the same all round, it's just a lot of the same work rather than different ideas and techniques put into different areas.
 
tiinsanity said titanic and that could be good, id like to do a stadium but undertand others dont want to, how bout a huge spaceship? a cathedral?

EDIT: also if we have the go for the old server then ca we get a rteam together to flatten it at sea level?? means deleting everything and getting the entire plot to the same height. It'll take a long time so we need everyone to pitch in!
 
I've just gone on the old server, god it looks in a poor state :'( my building is ripped apart from griefers, god it looks in a sorry state, im repairing it but no point if we start a new. I do fancy the idea of a huge project, Titanic sounds great, white blocks for icebergs, maybe tricky but do titanic sinking? half in water, half flooded?

Don't worry about flattening the old map , we can just chuck a flatgrass map on and start from there .

One thing with the titanic though is that there's gonna be a lot of dead space cause the ship is rectangular , but the map is square :P. A cathedral has already been done on a large scale :( although not by Ocuk :)
