Minecraft Spawn/Home/NoClip Mods

After a recent incident ¬¬ i decided to set up my own server.

Just wondering which mods are the best for setting spawns, setting homes and maybe a noclip mod which would help make travelling around the map a bit easier

It may come down to personal preference but we're using Bukkit, PlgSetSpawn, TelePlusLite, MyHome for the things you need.

how many people will join a server where people grief, steal and just being a general annoyance on the server? which is one reason i like FT server i can be reassured that any stealing or griefers will be perma-ban, people spend numerous ammounts of hours building projects collecting diamond/iron/gold, it's come to the point that FT has had to re-register all users on the whitelist, which is why rules where strict because over the main thread people were complaining of griefers of new Ocuk members, also stealing of chests.
