Two questions;

1. Which version should I get (for my daughter)? Java or Win10 version?
2. We've bought the game on PS3, PS4, and Apple, do I have to buy it AGAIN for PC?

So Win 10 version is overall better, apart from the spam.

I assume DLC/purchases can be blocked?

Really silly question now, I assume the Win 10 version only works on Win 10? Her laptop is stuck on win 7 at the moment.
