Mini atx as render slave?

Hello all and thanks in advance for your help!

My question is about setting up a powerful mini atx to use as a render slave only. Will I have performance losses from a 7950x on a mini atx board like the B650i ultra from Gigabyte AORUS?

Build I have in mind is as follows:
-no dedicated GPU needed
-B650i Ultra Aorus
-7950x
-Corsair 2000d
-liquid freezer 280/360
-64gb /6000mhz /dominator
-any 850 sfx psu
-any m.2

My main concern is about the form factor of the motherboard, I haven't owned a pc like this before. Will I have to sacrifice multi-thread performance of the cpu at any given time?
I'm OK with undervolting the cpu a little of temps get nasty.

I haven't watched the whole review, but it sounds like no:

"14:20 this motherboard is not going to hurt you in terms of performance even running the highest end CPUs for am5 as you can get today which is great"
