Mini ATX Build

Hi guys, I have got myself a Fractal design core 1000 case, and the case is a small, mini itx/atx only case. Could someone come up with a spec sheet for me around the £350-400 mark. I already have the case and a disk drive, and will need an OS,PSU,GPU,CPU,Hard drive,Ram and the motherboard. Thanks for the help

might want to post what you use your rig for will be different spec for a general browsing build as oppose to a gaming build etc
