Mini ATX that'll fit normal sized GPU?

I'm considering upgrading some components, but conscious I only have a mini case.

Are there any mini ATX (think this is the right term?) that'll fit a 3070 or 6 series AMD GPU.

TIA

Anything with 3 slots clearly visible in the pictures should do it in my experience, as those cases are specifically designed for full size GPUs. Honestly a good source for these cases is to simply Google your requirements and restrict the search to forums - OCUK, Reddit, Tomshardware, etc - and see what recommendations you find. Trying to get the right case yourself without a shortlist is tiring, believe me I've just gone through it.

I'm going to use a Fractal Define Mini C for what it's worth.

Close, the term is mini-ITX, if you are referring to the motherboards that are 17cm x 17cm.

You case will fit CPU coolers up to 160mm, that's quite a lot of room for an air cooler and fairly standard with for a case. When looking for a cooler for your next CPU it will state the height, for example the Article Freezer 34 eSports is 157mm high, so would squeeze in.
With the GPU, your case states that it will support up to 320mm length cards without the front fan which are typically 25mm thick, so looking at 295mm. Also you have 4 expansion slots which is plenty of room for the cooler.
The RTX 3070 cards which have 2 fans are within this, the Zotac is 232mm long and 2 slots width, and the PNY states that it is 294mm long, so may just about fit.
You could keep you case and fit both of these components in.

If you were looking for a mini-ITX case that would fit a 3070 in with a tripple fan cooler then look at the length of graphics card supported and cross reference it with the length of the card that you are looking to buy. Also, check the PSU that is supported as many mini-ITX cases only support SFX sized PSUs.

Node 202 and Silverstone RVZ03 from some recent research i've been doing. There are quite a few others but those are thinnest in profile which is what I was after.

That's a micro ATX case you have there, and one of the smaller ones as the specs are 209 x 419 x 372.2mm (W x H x D Overall) with support for a 320mm GPU if you don't use any front fans.
When you compare that to the Fractal Design Mini C (Define or Meshify) that GlouriousMess mentioned at 212 x 399 x 395mm, its a smaller case. The Fractal cases support GPU's up to 315mm with a front fan.

I know this to be true as I have a Sapphire 5700 XT Nitro+ in my Meshify Mini C and that just fits behind my standard 25mm deep fans.

That being said, a 3070 doesn't have to be that large, the FE model is only 242mm. The EVGA 3070 XC3 Ultra Gaming is 285mm, so if you were to use that you could still have front fans, but just 10mm of space between the card and the fans.
The MSI 3070 Gaming X Trio, which I believe are often the some of the longest cards is 323mm, so a complete no go.

+1 for the Node 202, with a caveat...

It is the perfect itx case (especially for FE 3000 series) if you don't mind getting your drill/saw out!

I'm currently building in it with a 3060ti FE and it does throttle under load, but with a couple of vents cut out above the GPU it runs perfect, and the semi blower / semi flow through design actually works great with the minor mod.
