Good day to all the clockers. So, being an intel man all my life and not knowing much about AMD I was wondering if there is anyone here who can either spec me or provide advice on a Mini ITX AMD gaming build?
The build should be in the smallest possible form factor and aimed at gaming. I will require:
1) OS
2) Motherboard (mini ITX)
3) CPU/ APU
4) 8GB RAM
5) CPU cooler
6) GPU
7) Optical drive
8) PSU
9) SSD (Dont need more than 250GB, will Hybrid be better in this build?)
10) SFF case

The idea behind this build would be for mid range gaming i.e. I still want to play the likes of crisis 3, but not too concerned about playing it at amazing settings etc.

I have a mouse and kb and a monitor too.

Please let know what your thoughts are on this.

I do not have a specific budget in place, however cheaper will always win the day.

Thanking you in advance.

Out of interest why are you looking at an AMD build?

The only reason I ask is because I've been putting together a few mini ITX specs for myself recently but they've all been Intel so aren't worth posting if you're set on AMD.
I currently have a reasonably high end intel system....the machine I am looking at building here will be my second machine which should be portable. The reason I asked for AMD is because I know very little about them. AMD builds are supposed to be cheaper and more bang for buck in my understanding.....unless I am wrong in assuming that. I know I said I dont have a set budget, but I dont want to end up with a build in the range of 800 quid for instance...dont know if that makes sense? If you think you could spec a reasonable Intel SFF please be my guest. Thanks for the reply.
