mini itx board

just looking for a board that has 5 sata ports, pref usb 3.0 and supports raid 10
1xOS doesnt need to be backed up
4x2x2tb hdd so raid 10 stripe and mirrored
Possibly ION graphics~
Something with intel dual atom maybe~
Shall be used in homemade nas, Hopinh to us 120 watt psu to handle it all~
