Mini ITX Build for decent 4k gaming

Hi im looking to build a small 4k gaming rig for £1200-£1300 ideally.

I want it to be portable ish, ideally not too loud while gaming

Any advice or recommendations for the below at all?

Sorry ignore that was playing with other ideas before doing the bbcode but have reverted the post with the same build back for now.

So the 4060 ti wont cut it for modern 4k then? I built my a newphew a pc with a 2080 around a year ago and that seemed to handle most games in medium to high at 4k and the 4060ti seemed to out perform the 2080 by quite a bit so was hoping it would be decentish. Maybe i should look at a 4070?
 
Sorry yeah updated it now it was the nr200 i was looking at.

I looked at the fractal terra at one point looks like a nice case but heard they are not the best for airflow
 
leaning more towards Intel and a 4070 - would this be okay for decentish 4k, from the tests it looks like this AMD performs a lot better than the AMD 7600x?

thanks dude i was just looking at the 7900 GRE as i saw your response. I will have a look into it

Was also just reading another couple of posts where people were saying were nearing the new gen in GPU (GF 5 series) and new cpus. So maybe its better to wait a couple of months?
