Mini ITX Build - This seem OK?

As title.

Looking for a simple media centre PC, just needed for streaming netflix etc, running videos from portable storage on VLC, and maybe the odd DVD or blu ray so doesnt need to be ultra powerful.

Trying to keep costs down as much as I can (and as quiet as possible). I've gone for a SSD rather than a regular HDD, this will simply host windows and other core functions to keep it quick, all libraries will be re-located to a much bigger external drive.

I also tried to find an optical blu ray reader (slimline to fit the mini itx case) but ocuk dont seem to stock these :(
