Hi, yeah its going to be for gaming.

That spec looks pretty sick.

Wouldn't mind just having a decent sized 120GB SSD in it as the only drive for now. Can you recommend one?
 
Removed the K series processor as you have an H81 chipset, and the 1TB as per OP's suggestion.

Upgrade to a 7870, assuming VTX are good?

It's up to you whether you go for the VTX card, they're a relativity new brand so don't know whether they're any good or not. You could always go with the MSI HD 7850 spec'd before if you wanted to be on the safe side, it's a perfectly good card and would save you a little money too :)
