Mini ITX Build

I'm building a Mini ITX system for a friend who wants a small PC.

It is mainly going to be used for general home office work, he already has a kb/mouse, large HDD and licenses.

This is what I've specced, he wants a good monitor so I've gone for the Dell, is there anything better for less?

Are those LG monitors any good? Ones I've had in the past have had backlight issues (not the ones mentioned).

I've tweaked the spec, how's the below sound;

Mainly because it is quite a bit smaller and cheaper. That being said, I've just looked at it again and it doesn't look like it will support the ODD, 2.5" SSD and 3.5" HDD, I think you can only have two of these at anyone time, not all three. Can someone confirm that?
