Mini Itx case with mini atx motherboard?

Can you put a mini atx motherboard with a mini itx case, lets say a bitfenix case??

Well, mini atx doesn't exsist, the standards are ATX, Micro ATX (mATX, uATX) and Mini ITX.

If you are looking a particular bit fenix case, most of their itx cases have mATX varients. This is the case for the prodigy, phenom and collosous.
