Mini ITX Cooler

Hi I am looking for the best cooler for my build using a i5-4670K in a Lian Li PC-Q25B Mini-ITX Cube

Anybody got any ideas??

Ok I hhavesorted the main spec now, it is just the cooler I am stuck on.

I have narrowed it down to:

I owudl ike ot OC the CPU slightly and I owudl like it to be as quiet as possible.
