Mini ITX desktop gaming replacement spec.

Clockers it has been a while and hope everyone is doing well. For more than a year now I have been dreaming of a small powerhouse to replace my tower desktop. I think small is the new big and I am really itching to build a proper small pc to game on and general use. So with that in mind I have dreamt up a system and ask that you please help with advice and or any pitfalls you may see. I am not too bothered with budget, but was thinking around the £1200 mark will be acceptable. The case I have in mind is the deal breaker for me as I really do love the look of the thing. I will be running W7 on this machine and just to let you know I am looking at just the mini PC and nothing else like monitors etc. So here is what I have thought up thus far:

Wish case description was better. Listed as able to hold low profile graphics card, but it looks big enough for normal profiled card going by picture below.

\i've not been keeping up with what the next gen intel chips will be up to. Anyone know much about skylake and whether beefy pgu's will still be needed to game at decent spec in 1080?
