mini itx media build

Hi I am thinking of replacing my aging acer revo r3610 with a mini itx build approx 350-400 but wondering if anyone had some advice, it would be used for xbmc streaming and steam streaming from gaming pc, I would also like the ability if possible to have a slot for a extra gpu at a future date about the size of a 750 ti. I was looking at a zotac En760 but they are almost impossible to find.

I am just about to build my htpc/steambox using openelec, mymediaexperience have well thought out build options regarding exactly what you are looking for including upto date build and price list of 4-5 different builds, that's where I started my list off first, unfortunately for me I just received my asus maximus vii impact today so my budget has soared, so abit of advice STICK to your budget or it can get extreme as in my case
