Mini ITX Motherboard, in Full ATX Case

Hi All,

Thinking about replacing my bitfenix phenom with maybe a Fractal R4 or similar size NZXT case. I notice most large cases still offer Mini ITX motherboard support but will all the ports and PCI-E slots line up?

I have a gigabyte gaming 5 mini itx board and a EVGA 770GTX.

I don't want to have to upgrade motherboard and case if I can help it.

I ran an itx mobo in my 500r for a while, just while waiting to get another motherboard. Wasn't a huge fan of it, cables were stretched quite far, it really didn't look good.
No chance of selling mobo and buying similar atx model?

I always find selling components a hassle but will see what it's like in a new case first.
