Mini-ITX similar to the Antec ISK 310-150?

I'm looking for a case similar to the Antec ISK 310-150 - which can take a Mini-ITX board plus a PCI-e card(I already have a power supply - Mini-Box picoPSU-160-XT).

I like the Antec but it's a bit expensive so I'm looking for a cheaper alternative ...

Finally found what looks like a substitute at half the price of the Antec, the Apex MI-008, bit hard to source but I found a supplier eventually.
