mini itx case with components which would run mac OS.
already have a windows system.

budget £300/£350 mainly for media and music

nice price, ive been looking at the mac minis, not sure if they are over priced?
but i love the case, are there any sleek cases like it? would it be better going for an i5?

Take your pick from the new Gigabyte itx boards.
Fractal Design Array R2 case with 300w power supply.....can be had for 85 quid.
8gb ram.

The new Gigabyte boards run Mountain Lion hassle free.

The Asus P8H77-I has 6 sata ports, perfect for the Fractal case (7 drive bays). You might need to mess about to get the sound working in OSX though using the Asus board.
