Mini ITX & Watercooling for <£700?

Is there any reason it has to have water cooling? Air coolers are very capable now, I doubt you'll see much more overclocking headroom or any lower noise levels.

I like that Spec a lot, I think the CPU will be alright, though i know the socket on the Asrock is very close to the PCI-E lane. The Cooler being quite compact should not be a problem..

Just another idea, if your not into HARDCORE gaming a trinity build may be good..

Although I think the air cooled/AMD system will be a little quieter, the 7850 is better value too.
