Hi guys,

I have the need to build a small yet powerful PC for the front room. I've done some research and this is what I've come up with:

CPU - Intel Pentium K Anniversary G3258 Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail

SSD - Crucial M500 240GB SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive - (CT240M500SSD1)

RAM - TeamGroup Elite Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (TPKD38G1600HC11DC01)

MOBO - Asus H81I-Plus Intel H81 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Mini ITX Motherboard

CASE - Cooler Master Elite 130 Mini ITX Case - Black

PSU - Corsair Builder Series CX 430w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020058-UK)

OD - LG GH24NSB0 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM

What are your opinions?

I don't believe I need a wifi card because the PC will be close enough to the router to hardwire.

Also, I may want to dabble in overclocking the CPU and have read that the H series motherboards can overclock if the BIOS is updated??

If this is possible could you recommend me a aftermarket CPU cooler that would fit in the case?

Thanks

Yeah, the only reason I chose the corsair was for modular, but in all honesty if I can hide away the cables I don't need then that superflower would do the trick.

The PC will be used for basic things like eBay, Excel, Word, Youtube, netflix (maybe) etc... I'm pretty certain no games will be played on it.

It just needs to be quick and a last a few years :)
