Hi all so currently have a lot of parts bought from this list but whats your views?
Anything that wont go together with this build?
Main question too was will this build run at normal temps and not over heat or am i missing something?

Bitfenix prodigy MITX Case

Corsair 600w PSU

Team Group 8GB Ram

MSI Z97I Motherboard

Corsair H60 Liquid CPU Cooler

GALAX GeForce GTX 970 OC Silent "Infinity Black Edition" 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail

Kingston 120GB SSD For My OS

Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB For general storage

The build will be for gaming, a lot of illustrating and photoshop, and watching movies and tv shows.

Thanks!!

taking on board your suggestions i see now that more ram would be a lot better. I bought 8gb ram already but i think i shall return it and get the 16gb kit instead.

i shall not be overclocking so yes thats a good point as well. perhaps this processor would be a better job and save me around £30

Is there a different version of GPu that would be excellant for less money or would the 970 be thee gpu to go for?

Oh one other thing i also had a spare external hdd that i never used and i pulled out the hdd from its case. it is a western digital caviar green 2tb hdd. would it be good for playing games off of and storage or is the caviar green from western digital a crappy version of hdd?

Heat wise you'll be fine. The Prodigy is designed as an MITX and has good airflow that way (same can't be said for MATX version). Considering you're going for MITX is size important? The handles make it quite a large case.

i did buy the bitfenix and yes the handles made the case around 2 inchs taller on both ends. but it isnt a big issue as it fits nicely under my desk
