For £9 that ain't half bad!

Naturally I'm going to strap them to my MX5 and get some split screen multi-angle footage going on, but I'm after other ideas? :D

Cat cam will happen if I can get the cat to stay still long enough ;)

I uploaded an uncompressed AVI straight from my digicam to Youtube with no problems, how big was the file from the camera? :)

Looking forward to receiving mine and having a play, will post some driving vids when I get it!

Ordered mine last week, delivery time from china will be at least 7-10 days IMHO so be patient guys :)

I ordered mine on the day I started the thread and it's still not here, yet practically everyone who has ordered one since has got theirs  This thread'll be tired, dead and buried by the time I get it :(

I couldn't get the MicroSD card out of the first one I shoved it in, had to take it apart with a little screwdriver to get it out :D

Quite a well made little thing considering it's a huge bodge made up from bits of mobile phone (Read the Chuck Lohr review :D ) and it only cost £9 :D

Mine bombed out today :( But managed to get a some nice on-bike footage of the commute to work, will get it uploaded. The camera is not being detected by the PC any more, and the LED is always on, you can't turn the unit off. Luck of the draw, will probably buy another one anyway!
Poke the little reset button, one of mine did this to start with, resetting it fixed it

I recorded my drive to work this morning, it seems 26 mins of video fills a 2GB card :D

Will compress and upload (or just upload ;) ) at some point

Yep my battery lasted for the 26 minutes it took to fill the memory card

Very impressed with the quality of these!

Thanks, I'll probably try mounting it outside the car tomorrow. I cant understand why no tape will stick to the dash though..even duct tape!. Guess there must be some sort of waxy coating applied or something...

Hmm, I think Ive just found the perfect solution...

:D

Was literally just wondering how I can mount it without taping it.. Suction mount.. Brilliant :D

How are we all reducing the wind-noise when recording outside on a fast-moving vehicle? :p

Also just realised I've got a spare memory card from my recently replaced Nokia. Time to get both of mine recording at the same time

These are the current cheapest still as far as I know and all have been the 3#'s.

WTF?!

That's about a fiver including postage!!

I've already got two of these. I don't need 5 more. So why do I feel compelled to buy a load more? It almost seems rude not to at that price.. :\

I doubt it's the speed of the card, just the overall cheapness of the hardware/software and dropped frames and the like! Can't expect miracles for £9 ;)
