Mini Pc build

Morning
I am trying to build a small pc for kiddies to be used on TV now and again. I have 0 exp in that area however i have built ultimate pc's before

I was wondering which is best for mini pc setups? which case, chip, gpu, ram, etc. Would like to use ssd on that, crucial m5.

AMD cpus come with build in gpu, is that a good idea?
Any input is highly apreciated. Thanks

I would like to have an option of having a better gpu than hd3000 or hd4000. Not sure if thats possibile
also sata 6gb support
