Mini PC for 4k television

Firstly, apologies if this isn't the right thread to post this. If this should be elsewhere, please tell me.

So I'm purchasing my first 4k OLED television soon. I've got a bunch of videos (.mkv) format that I'd like to watch on my television so I was wondering what mini PCs/Macs could I purchase that I could connect directly to the television and would preferably support DTS (and possibly even DD5.1)? I don't want to go down the route of making my own.

I don't thing any board venders have the license for Dolby digital :/

Can't you buy a sound card? Or will this not fit in your case if its a Mini PC?

Looks like the more recent Intel NUC models support DTS... Those are tidy.

Buy a sound card and do what with it? I don't currently own a mini pc. :s
