Mini Studio Lighting

I have one of those £10, 40cm by 40cm mini studios, which I use to make gadget video's and take photo's of said gadgets.

What lighting can anyone recommend (links included please) at a reasonable budget.

depending what camera you use, speedlights have ample power for lightboxes. yn460/560 are dirt cheap
constant lights would eb fine too, a couple of lamps from a diy store for example. the only drawback with them being the only power adjustment you have is with distance

For stills I use a T3i, but I have a decent flash for that. I guess its more for when I film with a regular HD camcorder.
