MiniDisplayPort to DisplayPort.

Hi There,
I am just wondering is it possible to pick up MDP>DP cables and how much are they? As i want to run three monitors but my GPU only has 1 x HDMI 2 x MDP 1 x HDMI and 1 x VGA.

Ideally i would like to run three monitors at 144hz for games. I am just wondering would MDP>DP work for 144hz, as i know DP does but not sure on whether a MDP>DP adapter would?

An mdp port is electrically identical to a DP connector, it is just a different size, mdp does everything a full size dp can do, the gpu and monitor wont know the difference
