Minimalistic video player

Looking for the most minimalistic video player.

This can be a full app, or even just a skin for WMP, VLC etc.

Nothing more annoying than useless toolbars when watching a vid whilst browsing.

Ideally, it would be just a resizable video window.

vlc just select minimal view (right click mouse and tick minimal view in interface) it's just a window

Another one for media player classic home cinema. You can turn off everything and get just a bare window, if needed. I prefer it over VLC.
