What would the minimum amount of power supply be?

Its difficult to work out exact minimum, but if youre after a recomendation for a PSU, I'd suggest this PC Power & Cooling one, very good and only £43, and it will be adequate for your system

If your overclocking i would suggest at least a decent 550W

If your not then the above poster's suggestion should cut it but without a lot of negotiation for future upgrades.

you might be interested in this thread, it just goes to show how little power is needed for even the beefiest of setups.

Mind you I would still opt for a decent brand with a lowish wattage ~400W thereabouts just to make sure you've got a bit of head room for any upgrades

The original question was 'what would the minimum power supply be?', and the answer is given above - probably in the region of 350w (trouble-free, no overheats, no dropped voltages). I don't see the point of putting the minimum PSU in your rig though, extra watts don't cost that much and give you more flexibility, so I'd go with the first answer and stick a 500-550 PSU in.
