Minimum Power supply??

Looking for a rough idea on the minimum power supply i could put in my media PC/file server.

Spec is

Q6600 (not overclocked)
4GB RAM
7x Mixture of Hard drives (Samsung 1TB & 2TB) will eventually have 8x 2TB drives.

How many SATA drives? I think Molex to SATA adapters will be needed.

they all SATA drives m8, plus already have several adapters too.

don't think i explained properly. Looking for the minimum wattage PSU the system would take.

Would a 520w Corsair PSU be enough for the above spec?

Ah, Well a HX520 will be fine, although no longer available they are quality units.

You could even get away with a 450w PSU as long as you dont go mad on the graphics card

My CX400 runs a similar spec but with an 8800GT and only 1 HDD, for reference. I think you might get away with 400W, who knows.

haha, wasn't planning on buying the minimum PSU.

I was offered a HX520 PSU for a good price but thought it would not be enough power.
