Can someone spec me a mining rig please, I've got the graphics card (7970) but need everything else?

Want something cool, quiet and small but capable of running 2 cards in X-Fire.

It will be for the alt coins yes :)

It will be purely used for mining but if that doesn't work out and it could then be used as a media PC to connect in the living room to the TV that would be ideal. I would like it in a reasonably compact, stylish case if possible. Budget isn't fixed but the cheaper the better really. I want it to support atleast xfire 7970's.

I have a gaming PC so it wont need to run any games or anything along those lines.
