Hi

I'm looking to upgrade my PC that I originally built back in 2013. Really I just want to put a new graphics card in and maybe some more memory, specs below:

Gigabyte Z87-HD3 Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
Intel Core i3-4130 3.40GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail
Samsung 120GB SSD 840 EVO SATA 6Gbs Basic - (MZ-7TE120BW)
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMX4GX3M2A1600C9)
Cooler Master K280 Midi Tower Case - Black (RC-K280-KKN1)
Corsair Builder Series CX 430W V2 '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020046-UK)
Edit: Graphics are integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 2GB

This was originally designed as a nice word processing / browsing sort of build but now I'd like to play some games with higher specs... so just wondering what I can get away with on the PSU situation. Also can you ever have too much memory? If I shoved 16GB in would that blow my mind?

Thanks in advance
DH

16GB RAM won't blow your mind, 8GB is enough for most purposes.

PSU is fine for most cards. R9 380/GTX 970 upwards are probably out of reach on that PSU.
