Mirafit 6ft International 1 inch Spinlock Weight bar

I purchased this due to having approx 180 kg of one inch cast iron plates and it being compatible with my squat/bench rack. I've had a look on their site to see what the bar's load capacity is and cannot find it. Would I be right in assuming it will be about 150kg to 200kg?

They rate their 4ft 1" bar at 150kg

Actually when you click it displays all their 1" bars of all lengths. So I guess that rating applies to all of those.

Thanks. I'd read the reviews from all of those who has purchased it and there was one comment from somebody loading it up to 200kg without issue- along with someone saying they wouldn't. A number of other comments expressed the view that the Mirafit bars were of better quality. That being said most of my load capacity will be going on an Olympic bar.

To be fair I've got a load of Mirafit kit and its all excellent, so wouldn't be surprised if it did hold 200kg with no issue - just feels like a lot to put through a non-olympic bar.

I would imagine the weight is probably fine, because there are no sleeves, bearing or bushings to worry about.

Tbh, the biggest issue from my standpoint would be loading and unloading the bar.
